Larry is a Senior Partner and Co-Founding Member of TSDSC.
For over 15 years he has been responsible, along with Bob Schmieder, in
directing the company, its Partners and numerous Independent Contractors
through all projects. He has helped develop TSDSC into a reputable, quality,
boutique-consulting firm while maintaining the culture and feel of a highly
experienced organization.
Larry’s broad based experience in the Direct Selling Industry includes senior sales management positions in P&L management, building professional direct sales networks throughout the U.S., developing quality management and marketing teams. He has expertise in creating proven support materials for selling, recruiting, hiring, and training while creating major new sales channels including in-home, exhibit selling, self-marketing sales lead development, seminar selling, and referral programs.
Broad based experience in the Trade Show Industry stems from 30 years of Exhibiting in all venues and types of shows including Professional Trade Shows, Public Consumer shows, Fairs, Festivals and Special Events. Larry’s expertise spans all aspects of Trade Show Marketing from locating/booking shows, to marketing and merchandising to improve overall trade show results. He is adept at on the spot exhibit sales, lead development, appointment setting, supervising and managing trade show support staff, logistics, budget planning, and all collateral support materials. Larry has helped develop and create Exhibit Marketing Departments for some of the biggest Direct Selling Companies in the U.S.
Prior to TSDSC, Larry was in the upper echelons of management with one of the “original direct selling companies” and “Worlds Largest Exhibitor” – Encyclopedia Britannica. He earned numerous national awards for sales and management and his sales organizations produced millions in revenue annually.
Larry graduated from San Francisco State University with a Masters Degree in Business Management and Bachelors Degree in Marketing.
