  • Continuously staffing up to 70 shows annually for a large nationwide Financial  Services Corporation, with results far surpassing those sales results with internal staffing. In addition, substantial cost savings on travel and overall show costs have allowed additional shows to be booked.
  • Changed the corporate culture of a $100+ million Direct-to-Consumer Sales Company from a telemarketing lead development program to an Event Marketing Company with an exhibit display lead development/sales program which participates in over 2,500 shows annually.
  • Developed, directed and implemented the rapid expansion of a privately owned Direct-to-Consumer Home Educational Sales Materials Company from $3 million in revenue to over $22 million in two years. Owner recently sold company for $68 million
  • Created a startup Fundraising Direct Sales Division for a 40 year old, family owned Candle Manufacturer. Opened 30 operations and hired over 100 managers and sales representatives throughout the U.S. resulting in the booking of hundreds of fundraising events.
  • Created and Managed an Exhibit Sales Program for a major print & electronic Educational Publisher, hiring 30 Sales Managers and Sales Representatives and booking over 100 shows yearly.
  • Invited as Trade Show Consultants by the Managing Committee of a 19 year old technical tradeshow to attend, review and offer recommendations necessary to take their yearly tradeshow to the next level in expansion and professionalism.
  • Guided a $2 million startup company, projecting $5 million in annual sales into Trade Shows to develop prospects and generate immediate sales revenue. Created a customized Procedures Manual for future guidance in the development of the program. Early results have been "outstanding!"
