Bob is a proven manager with the ability to take marketing programs from concept to completion for maximum results.

As Vice President, Special Sales Development with Encyclopaedia Britannica Inc., he presided over the dramatic 10-year growth of the company's Exhibit Display Sales Program.

Encyclopaedia Britannica was named "The World's Largest Small Exhibitor" by Exhibitor Magazine and was described as "one of the best-oiled selling machines ever to use trade shows." Exhibiting at over 10,000 events and locations a year in the United States, few could match this company's dedication to face-to-face selling.

  • Consulting several start-up and turnaround direct-to-the-consumer sales companies with very positive results in building sales.*
  • Developed and managed award winning P&L Sales Divisions in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Far East including 60 managers and 500+ sales representatives.
  • Creating major new sales channels including the implementation of training programs and development of all sales and support materials.
  • Established new recruiting and training procedures for sales management using simple guidelines that improved the overall retention and performance of a national sales management force of 200+.
