How Does TSDSC Handle Product Knowledge, Questions and Company Procedures When Staffing a Trade Show for a New Client?
1. We study and become knowledgeable on our Client’s products and procedures through information provided, and training clinics.

2. A key list of frequently asked product questions with appropriate responses is created and memorized by our staff. This list will handle the vast majority of questions asked at a trade show.

3. We often initially work a trade show or two with an existing, knowledgeable Client Staff Member. Then we can either continue to supplement your Staff or after the learning curve, take over the complete staffing of the Client’s shows.

4. We always have the appropriate Client phone numbers to call on the spot when and if needed.

5. Our staff are trained professionals at attracting prospects to the display and developing solid leads. By aggressively attracting prospects on a continuing basis we create a lot of action around the booth which helps attract other prospects and keeps the momentum going. Often we find an inexperienced Client Staff Member will spend too much time with what they believe is a “qualified” prospect - and let numerous other prospects walk by the display.

6. Our principle mission as defined by our Clients needs is to develop as many "qualified leads / prospects" as possible using predetermined qualifying questions and procedures.
